1-Year Warranty

All Pinpoint Fishing Multi-Head Thumper products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What Is Not Covered

• ✕Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• ✕Damage from improper installation or operation
• ✕Normal wear and tear
• ✕Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
• ✕Water damage beyond normal operating conditions

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
