Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Each Multi-Head Thumper is built to order and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage — this helps us file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
